South America & Falklands - part ten

In the last dark before dawn, the admiral paces the Sun Deck, arms behind back (a la every picture of a Royal Navy admiral I've ever seen), skirting chairs, tables, last night's final coffee cups and wine glasses. All he needs is a brass telescope under his arm. Even lacking that, he is the very model of a Minerva lecturer, if not 'the ruler of the Queen's Navee'.
